Bitcoin candlestick patterns
Candlestick labels summarize how a completed BTC candle behaved. A hammer after a decline and a hanging man after an advance can have similar shapes but different interpretations.
Context before the label
- 1Use closed candles and identify the trend before the pattern.
- 2Compare body and wick proportions with the surrounding candles and nearest zone.
- 3Wait for subsequent price behavior before upgrading a pending observation to confirmed.
Keep the result in perspective
Crypto trades continuously, so traditional opening-gap rules do not always translate directly.
